THE CHALLENGE: MOVE A NON-MISSION CAPABLE UH-60M 900 MILES OVER THE ROAD
Resicum planned and managed a 900-mile over-the-road Aircraft on Ground (AOG) movement from Stuart Florida to Pensacola Florida for a UH-60M helicopter that needed to be rebuilt at our facility.
The program team organized and managed the process including police escort, security, oversized load hauling services, and crane support for loading and unloading the aircraft. Upon receipt at Pensacola, Resicum personnel rebuilt the aircraft and returned it to full mission capable status. The aircraft, which had been non mission capable for over two years flew to Hunter Army Airfield for shipment to the FMS customer.
