THE CHALLENGE: PROVIDE HIGHLY QUALIFIED STAFF FOR A NEW US AIR FORCE TRAINING PROGRAM
Resicum was met with the challenge of hiring and staffing a special operations training team to support the new training requirements for PJs at Eglin Air Force Base during the height of COVID-19. The company rose to the challenge, hiring staff members that exceeded the program requirements and met the needs of the customer. The staff required security clearances and needed to have very recent relevant training experience with SOCOM tactics, techniques and procedures.
The team provides comprehensive training and advisory support services -land, air and sea - to writing curriculum and creating plans of instruction to help qualify the next generation of US Air Force SOCOM warfighters.
