July 29, 2021 - Warrenton, VA - Resicum International, LLC completed its acquisition of Cochise MTS, LLC on July 26, 2021. The addition of Cochise to the Resicum portfolio of companies strengthens Resicum's security assistance capabilities and reach. Cochise MTS is a prime contract holder on the SATMO Education and Training Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract.
Cochise MTS will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Resicum International LLC and Robert Baird, Resicum COO, will serve as the CEO and President.
